Bleyer and Lane Accepted into Heart of America Fellows Institute of ACTEC

Andrew Bleyer and Lana Lane, associates in the Private Client Group, St. Louis, Missouri, have been accepted into the inaugural class of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).  The Heart of America Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows to develop the profession’s future leaders in trust and estate law through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by outstanding subject matter experts in each filed from across the U.S.  The institute includes six sessions for lawyers who were nominated by an ACTEC Fellow and selected through a competitive application process.  The program begins in November 2018 and concludes in May 2019.

Private Client Litigation Team Recognized in Chambers HNW

BCLP’s Private Client Litigation team members have been recognized by Chamber and Partners HNW 2018.

Partner Rupert Ticehurst was ranked as a Band 1 lawyer, while Senior Associates Simon Goldring and Jessica Henson were both recognized as ‘Associates to Watch’.

She leads a team of FATCA specialists within Bryan Cave who have extensive experience advising small to medium-sized trust companies, private investment funds, and complex private trust and company structures on FATCA compliance.
